Industrialise Africa is a program supported by H.O.P.E NGO.H.O.P.E – Hands On Practical Engineering is dedicated to harnessing Africa’s demographic momentum by empowering its youth through quality, hands-on education tailored to the continent’s industrial transformation.

As of today, Africa is home to over 1 billion people of working age (15–64 years). By 2030, this number is projected to exceed 1.2 billion, and by 2050, it is expected to reach around 1.6 billion — making Africa the largest contributor to global workforce growth. By mid-century, one in every four working-age people in the world will be African.At the same time, the continent faces pressing challenges: food insecurity, widespread unemployment, and a shortage of high-value jobs.Today, industrialisation is not about competing in global markets — it is a necessity. It is the pathway to accelerating prosperity, economic resilience, and well-being for all Africans.Let’s build together.
